At steelecommunications, we believe in the power of consultation. Over the past ten years, we have developed a proven collaborative process that flourishes through consultation with our clients and their key stakeholders.

Unlike many agencies, we actually enjoy the challenge of working with committees. We produce written Contact Reports, Strategic Briefs, and Summary Research Reports to circulate among stakeholders, solicit input, feedback, and discussion.

We make effective use of focus groups and public input sessions to conduct concept testing, develop language and visuals, and ensure key stakeholders have a voice in the process.

In the end, not only is our product better for the collective input, but it will be more successful to implement because our process fosters buy-in from key internal audiences.
